教学目标:

(1)能听懂、会说、会读单词、词组:visit, chat, always, havea picnic, at weekends

(2)能听懂、会说、会读、会用句型:What do you do at weekends? I …  What does … do at weekends ?  He … She … 和日常交际用语:What about you?

(3)能熟练运用日常交际用语及句型谈论自己和别人的周末生活。

(4)能正确理解并熟练朗读Story time.

教学重点、难点: 

重点:能正确理解并熟练朗读Story time.

难点:(1)能正确理解, 并运用频度副词: always ,usually, often,sometimes

     2)初步认识动词第三人称单数形式, 并能简单运用。

教学过程:

Step1 Warm-up

T:Hello, boys and girls. How are you today?

S:Fine, thank you. And you?

T:I’m fine, too. First I want to know something about you. Hello, what’s yourname?

S:I’m …

T:Do you have any hobbies? / What’s your hobby?

T:I like collecting stickers about Hello Kitty. Do you like playing games? Let’splay a game with the cat Kitty.

Lookat the four words and here are four pictures, can you match with them?

3. Talk about student’s weekends

T:  Pay attention to the words “does” and “has” .

 Read the tip

Tip:

当主语是第三人称单数,注意动词要用第三人称单数形式。如:

1. Listen and answer

4.Introduce Su Hai’s, Helen’s and Mike’s weekends. (借助板书一起来说一说。)连线

T:(示范) Su Hai and Su Yangusually visit their grandparents. Theylike playing with their cat Kitty verymuch. They often have dinner with their grandparents.

Helenalways has dancing lessons. She sometimes goes to the cinema with her friends.

Mikeusually chats with his grandparents on the Internet at weekends.

Heusually plays football with Liu Tao. He sometimes goes to the park with hisfamily. They usually fly a kite and have a picnic there.

Step6 Exercise

Nowwe know about their weekends, and I want to introduce my family’s weekends.Listen!

And I want to know your family’s weekends. Whatdo your family do at weekends?

Takeout your exercise paper. Try to write down your family’ weekends.

    And tell us your family’s weekends.
